This will be the 8th shawl I have knitted using Jamieson & Smith wool. The cone is so convenient - no ends to join and it doesn’t move! The wool is such a joy to use - with each shawl I always write a little history of the tradition of the shetland wool, patterns, production and care etc. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product.

I have used SS1-ply a few times before and loved it. It really makes perfect sense to buy them in cones. I am looking forward to the other dark colors be restocked in the future.
