I was sent brown. I'm sure the grey is very nice.

The natural tops are undyed, this means all shades - even the grey - have a warm undertone. We have updated the product page to hopefully make it a bit clearer. If we could have sent this customer an alternative we would but the shade sent is what we call grey.
