Delivery

 

Please note the current global Pandemic is leading to delivery delays, unfortunately, unless an order is returned to us we have to presume it is in the backlog. The information below is pre-COVID.

 

Shetland Delivery

Free and only available to residents in Shetland, if you choose this option and do not live in Shetland we will simply send you a paypal link and your order will be delayed.

 

UK delivery - please note we do not always post UK orders every day, we must have a full bag before we can do so which means there may be a few days between your order being placed and being dispatched.

Up to 2kg - £3.95

2-3kg - £22 This will be sent in one Parcelforce parcel which will require a signature.

3kg is the maximum weight allowed - if UK delivery stops being shown you must remove some things from your basket and place another order.

 

EU delivery - please note we do not post Europe Orders every day, we must have a full bag before we can do so which means there may be a few days between your order being placed and being dispatched.

Up to 1kg - £8.95

1kg is the maximum weight allowed. If EU delivery stops being shown you must remove some things from your basket and place another order. 

Please Note that as of 1st January 2021 the UK has left the EU so orders may incur import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Please Note that as of 1st July 2021 the changes implemented in regard to VAT on European Orders means if you order from the EU we will post as normal but your item will be delivered Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). You will have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee. These charges will depend on your country and the value of the order, it will most likely lead to delays and if you are not prepared to pay the additional charges we would suggest you don't order or order from one of our stockists. If an order is refused at delivery we will refund it only when it comes back to us and it will not include the original P&P charge. We are hopeful this is only temporary.

Europe NON-EU delivery - please note we do not post Europe Orders every day, we must have a full bag before we can do so which means there may be a few days between your order being placed and being dispatched.

Rest of World Delivery (excluding China and USA) please note we do not post ROW parcels every day, we must have a full bag before we can do so which means there may be a few days between your order being placed and being dispatched.

1kg is the maximum weight. If ROW delivery stops being shown you must remove some things from your basket and place another order.

 

USA Delivery - please note we do not post USA Orders every day, we must have a full bag before we can do so which means there may be a few days between your order being placed and being dispatched.

Up to 1kg - £16.95

1kg is the maximum weight. If USA delivery stops being shown you must remove some things from your basket and place another order. 

 

China Delivery - please note we do not post Chinese Orders every day, we must have a full bag before we can do so which means there may be a few days between your order being placed and being dispatched.

Up to 1kg - £14.95

1kg is the maximum weight. If China delivery stops being shown you must remove some things from your basket and place another order. 

 

Terms and Conditions of Postage

 

UK delivery

Patterns and Shade Cards are sent via Royal Mail 48 Large Letter which on average arrives 2-3 days after posting.

All our UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 standard which on average arrives 2-3 days after posting. As we are in Shetland please allow extra time for the parcel to make its way to the Mainland UK.

The service we use (Royal Mail 48) does not offer in-depth tracking but we do know when it has been delivered. It is scanned when it is delivered so if it has been a week or over and your UK order has not arrived please email and we can check what the tracking says.

Each parcel we dispatch can only be up to 2kg, so we may split orders into more than one parcel. If we do this we will write 1 of 2 or 2 of 2 etc on the parcel.  If it is not possible to split the order we may sent using Parcelforce 48hr which will arrive in one large bag or a box.

 

EU, Rest of the World, China and USA delivery

All our EU and ROW parcels are sent via International Standard AirMail, Delivery times can vary but if you haven’t received your order after 4 weeks please email us.

Unfortunately, we are not able to track orders sent via International Standard.

 

 

Jumper Board Orders

All Jumper Boards are despatched by Parcelforce, this is due to the weight and size of the parcel - this is a tracked delivery service. We will either send you the tracking number after your order is dispatched or you can email us as soon as you receive the dispatch email and we will provide you with it. The delivery time will vary depending on where you are in the world and you must keep in mind we are based in Shetland and there can be delays in getting things to the mainland. If you order something alongside the Jumper Board we will send it separately via Royal Mail as due to the shape of the Jumper Board parcels we can't add anything to it. This may mean there is a much longer wait between the things you ordered arriving but this is just the difference between the two delivery methods and outwith our control. 

If any parcel is returned to us and you want it re-sent you will need to pay the delivery charge again based on your location, to do this we will send you a paypal invoice.

 

If you received a special offer on delivery, but choose to exchange your goods at a later date the normal rate of postage (as outlined above) will be charged. The offer no longer applies to any products, once the end offer date has passed.
