The Islesburgh Toorie Yarn Pack was delivered much faster than I expected an international order to arrive. The yarn was exactly as stated on the website. I am thrilled and will be casting on this weekend. The yarn arrived so quickly and in perfect order so customer service was not needed and not rated. But I was at the store in Lerwick in 2022 and know that the staff was very pleasant and very helpful.

It's always difficult to see colors on line, and if they are true to the colors sent.
I am a little disappointed that the colors aren't brighter, but I hope once the hat is knit up, the colors will become more vibrant.

Sorry you feel the colours are not brighter, you might want to invest in a Shade Card which has physical samples of the yarn for you to see before ordering.

Always great service from the team at Jamieson & Smith.The yarn is superb and a must for any serious knitter (hand or machine). I love that J&S now sell yarn on the cone too.
Highly recommend J&S to any serious crafter and yarn lover.

As it turned out, I could get the patterns I needed by downloading off Ravelry - and customer support let me know that. I already have Jamieson and Smith yarn I bought in the shop in Lerwick several years ago, so I'm ready there.
Customer Support was wonderful to let me know that I could move on the pattern more quickly than shipping would have let me. There's a baby on the way in the family, and I'm behind on getting ready for it!
