Arrived safely with Royal mail. Goods exactly as hoped. Did not interact with a human being during my very simple order, but website works well and order was correct and arrived promptly.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you feel our customer service wasn't to a high enough standard. We only contact customers directly if there is an issue but hopefully you received all the relevant communication and you state the order was correct.

I am delighted with my Shetland wool. I have had two deliveries now - the first one was a bit slow, but there was a warning on the website to say deliveries were weather dependent, so that wasn't unexpected.
My second order came very quickly.
The wool is delightful to knit - doesn't split easily.
I had to buy extra of the main colour for the Buggiflooer Beanie pattern, but I didn't knit a tension square first.

Took about a week to arrive but its coming in the post from one remote area to another so not a problem.

I was very pleased with the wool and have ordered more today. The only problem was because my address did not come up on your system you sent my parcel to an arbitrary number 12 with the same postcode which covers about a mile and a half, I did manage to track it to a Chinese take away a mile and a half away. When I contacted Jamieson’s I was very pleased with the helpful way I was dealt with.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for the autocorrect which Shipstation did to your address and the added hassle this created for you, this is not our system but a nationwide one which uses the official Royal Mail address database to create the label, your address is not on the Royal Mail database so you will have this problem again if you do not update Royal Mail to the existence of your house number in that postcode.

Excellent wool, beautiful colours- I’m really enjoying knitting with it and will definitely order more.
Only 4* for customer service as when I rang to enquire about fair isle hat patterns for children I was dismissed rather abruptly. I would like to knit intricate hats for young relatives and would like some smaller sizings.

One ball of, 77 Black 2 ply jumper weight, was poorly spun with thick and very thin parts at the beginning of the ball. All the other balls of wool were fine. Never had this problem before.

Shipping was only rated 3 but it had nothing to do with you.
You completed the Oder in excellent time, less than 24 hrs. Great service.
However it sat for over 3 weeks in Langleye waiting to be shipped internationally.
I only mention this to let you know, not as a complaint. I’m grateful you still ship to Australia, and I’m willing to wait. Having the tracking details was comforting to know it was on its way.
This is the reason this review is delayed, because I only just received my par.

Very speedy delivery of items ordered, especially considering distance and weather conditions.
Haven't stared to follow all the patterns bought but slightly disappointed with wool colours I'd bought to match the pattern 'Cross Tam' - they really don't seem to match the colours on the finished photograph and the finished hat in photo doesn't reflect the instructions. Wondered if the pattern is correct?

Thank you for your feedback, the colours of the Cross Tam are correct - I'm not sure what you mean as the hat in the photo was made from the pattern. The hat is made from the crown down which you can tell from the photo as the 'v's of the knit stitch are the opposite way than if it was knit from the bottom up.

I have not heard yet if my cardigan has been shipped. I have read that Royal mail has begun to ship to the US again. I would like to know at least if my order has left the building!

Thank you for your feedback, i have sent you an email. As of today 27th January we are still not allowed to post using the Tracked delivery service that we use, we have had a banner on the homepage explaining we cannot post international orders since this happened on the 13th of January and posted about it on all our social media on the 16th and 23rd of January. We are sorry we havent been able to dispatch yours and many others orders due to this unprecedented situation.
