Pattern easy to follow and hat is coming on nicely . Recent sock knitting has been with 75 per cent wool , so 100 per cent yarn gave a different feel to the knitting process.
Started using DPN and changed to circular after increase but have changed back to DPN as they seemed easier to use .
Hat kit makes it easy for amateur Fair Isle knitters to succeed while also raising funds for such a good cause .

Bought this as a treat while recovering from Its a very easy pattern to follow and the materials are top quality. Hat coming up a little small but that's my fault for not checking my tension. Looks like there is enough of most of the colours of yarn to do another. Updated.. When washed and blocked over a bowl to dry the hat relaxed and softened even more and fits nicely.

Looking forward to beginning the project. May enlarge in depth. Love the colour combination. Think I’ll use a circular needle.

I am looking forward to knitting this and practicing my colour work pattern.
There is only one size to knit however and no instructions of how to knit for a larger or smaller head.
I think this would be useful.
