Aamos Designs

Aamos Designs is a Shetland-based textile company specialising in contemporary woven textiles. The company was launched in 2006 after owner and designer, Emma Blain, graduated from the Glasgow School of Art.

Aamos Designs was recently featured at the National Museums Scotland's 'Gifted' exhibition in Edinburgh, which showcases the best of Scotland's designers and makers. The company is celebrated for creating luxurious handwoven fabrics through playful but confident use of colour, while exploiting and honouring centuries old techniques.
